This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, store and share information in connection with our trading-related software tools. We are a technology/software provider and not a bank, broker, financial institution or investment adviser. This Policy applies to all users of the Platform and is drafted in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
To provide the software's core functionality, we may collect or process trading/account-related information such as client ID, account type, account balance, available balance, holdings, positions, quantity of securities/contracts/units, and transaction or order-related information, but only to the extent necessary for the software to function. We also collect technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, error logs) and any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., email for support). We do not request or require bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers, UPI PIN, ATM/debit card PIN, internet banking passwords, banking login credentials, OTPs, CVV, Aadhaar, PAN, passport, government identity documents or other KYC documents. We do not sell your personal information or trading/account information to third parties for monetary consideration.
We process information only for legitimate purposes including providing the software functionality, connecting with supported trading/broker accounts, displaying account-related information, maintaining and improving the software, troubleshooting and customer support, security and fraud prevention, maintaining technical logs, complying with applicable law and lawful governmental requests, and protecting our legal rights. We may share information with hosting/cloud service providers, software/API providers, trading/broker integration providers, security providers, analytics providers (if used), professional advisers, and government/regulatory authorities where legally required. All such recipients’ process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect confidentiality and security.
Trading/account-related information is processed temporarily or stored as required for the software to function and retained as required by applicable law for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or legitimate business/legal purposes. We implement reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication mechanisms, restricted employee/vendor access, monitoring and logging, and secure infrastructure. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and nomination. Certain functionality may require integration with third-party brokers, trading platforms or API providers, which are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not receive banking credentials or confidential authentication information through such integrations. The Platform is not intended for children under 18 years, and we do not knowingly process children's personal data except in accordance with applicable law.
